Domain Updated

I recently moved my blog to a server in Iceland. For security reasons I have also updated the domain of williamenck.art to williamenck.is, and Icelandic domain protected under Icelandic law. Iceland is seen as a refuge for data privacy for activists and whistleblowers. I do not see myself as either an activist nor whistleblower but if they can be protected from censorship with an Icelandic server and domain name, then so can I.

Readers of older publications understand that this censorship is related to some old writings that are still on my blog. Rather than take them down to appease the powers that be, I have decided to just move my blog and domain name to Iceland. I like the stories and people think they are hilarious.

Nothing else on the blog has changed. The new space permits me to put a search function for the site as well as enable comments on publications. I will keep williamenck.art active for a short while so this post circulates and then williamenck.art will automatically be redirected to williamenck.is.
